Is it FAA certified for travel?

The portable oxygen concentrator is easy to use, with clear button markings. With just a light press, oxygen will flow into the lungs through the pipe, and no water is needed when using it. It complies with the regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) (14 CFR Part 121, Section 121.574), does not use compressed oxygen or liquid oxygen, but directly extracts oxygen from the air, and is allowed to be used on aircraft.
